That Pair

These two serious looking women are Kathryn Bond and Lorna Shaw who met and trained at Bretton Hall where they discovered a mutual indifference to being from Essex. It wasn't until years later, in that very same Essex, that they kindled a friendship and the duo was born.

They began writing and performing sketch and musical comedy on the London circuit and beyond. They were recently heard on BBC Radio 4's Sketchorama show and were Funny Women Awards finalists 2012.

They're most recent show Never Liked Her Anyway received critical acclaim at the Edinburgh fringe 2013 and played to sell-out crowds before transferring to the Soho Theatre this year.

Both Kathryn and Lorna are actresses and Kathryn has appeared in Award winning comedian and clown Dr Brown's Blaps for Channel 4 as well Kerry Howard's Comedy Feeds for BBC's Feed My Funny. #reallyrudetosandra

Lorna appeared in the mini series Dwain Chambers Life Guru on BBC3 online and Episode 3 of The Midnight Beast on E4 in March 2014 as all singing all dancing Fembot, Marywollstenspacecraft.

The pair are currently appearing in plays around the country so look out for them at a theatre near you.
