Will used to work in TV comedy for 5 years before he moved into music. He worked at the BBC, then did runner work on Alan Carr; Chatty Man, Live at The Apollo, and then worked as a researcher for 2 years (3 series) on Russell Howard's Good news. He was Lee Nelson's researcher for his UK tour and ended going on the road with him and driving him to all the UK dates.
