Alan Wolfson

I am a painter and performance poet, and occasionally the eponymous 'Self Appointed Pencil Sharpener of Pointlessness'. I was born in Cardiff and studied graphics at Cardiff College of Art and West of England College of Art and Design. I enjoyed a broadcasting career on national radio stations in London and abroad. In 2000 I began painting again and between canvases I write and perform at spoken word events throughout the UK.

I have exhibited with Crouch End Open Studios throughout its first ten years.

I presently live and work in Crouch End, London. I have 7 remote controls.
